Once an order is confirmed and paid for in full, the order will be delivered via courier service to the address specified by you.

The delivery costs will be added onto the total cost of the order at checkout. The delivery cost will be calculated based on your location.

We will make all efforts to deliver within 48 hours and if a delay should occur that will go beyond this timeline, this will be communicated in advance to you.

Kindly ensure there is someone available at the designated location to receive the package. You will be liable for any additional fees that may be charged if no one was available to receive the package and the order must be dispatched on a different day.

You are entitled to return an item within 3 business days after delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition and everything is intact. Any returned product must be accompanied by proof of payment and delivered to us through courier at your cost.

If we suspect that a customer is wearing and returning purchases, we reserve the right to refuse your returns.
