How do I make orders on the website?
Shopping on our website is a breeze! Simply browse at your leisure and add the items you like to your cart. You can add an unlimited number of items to your cart. Once you are done shopping, you can view the cart and add or remove items as desired. Once you are sure of your order, proceed to “Confirm Purchase” whereby you will be directed to the Payments page.
Should you change your mind after completing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours.

How soon can I expect my delivery after confirming my order?
Deliveries within Nairobi take between 24 – 48 hours while those outside Nairobi take up to 72 hours.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
We will make every effort to alert you beforehand once we dispatch the package to ensure there is someone on standby to receive it and sign for it. However, if our courier service does not find a recipient, they will return the package to us and you can request a different delivery date. However, kindly note that an extra cost will be charged for the delivery.
Alternatively, we’ll provide details on how to collect it at a convenient location.
What do I do if an item has an unexpected fault?
